Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in FP&A, corporate finance, or a related analytical role.
- Experience in a SaaS or tech-enabled services environment.
- Proven experience running variance analysis and forecast-to-actual processes.
- Strong proficiency in Excel / Google Sheets.
- Experience with planning or business intelligence software.
- Direct experience with Abacum or comparable tools like Anaplan, Pigment, Adaptive, or Cube.
- Excellent communication skills for both finance and non-finance audiences.
- Ability to work independently to chase data and manage monthly reporting deadlines.
- Strong financial modeling and analytical mindset.
- Comfortable working in a fast-growing, PE-backed environment.
Responsibilities
- Own the monthly forecast-to-actual cycle and maintain the rolling forecast.
- Compare actuals versus budget across revenue, margin, and OpEx to identify variance drivers.
- Prepare monthly reporting packages for the CFO and Senior FP&A Manager.
- Collect and consolidate rolling forecast inputs from cross-functional leaders.
- Partner with Delivery and Operations teams to identify efficiency and gross margin opportunities.
- Represent Finance in solution governance calls regarding pricing and margin implications.
- Conduct scenario and sensitivity analyses to support strategic decision-making.
