Requirements
- Proven track record of owning and driving impactful product initiatives end-to-end as a senior or staff individual contributor.
- Senior-level experience leading system design and architecture, including infrastructure design and technical planning.
- Expertise in high-level programming languages such as Python (preferred), TypeScript, Java, Rust, or Go.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-moving, rapidly shifting environment.
- Experience leveraging AI tools to accelerate product development and rapid prototyping.
- Business-Fluent English (written and verbal).
- Experience building software around complex domain specifications (nice-to-have).
- Domain knowledge in Climate, Sustainability, Construction Tech, or Manufacturing (nice-to-have).
- Experience building multiple products from the ground up (nice-to-have).
Responsibilities
- Own the full product loop from discovery conversations and hypothesis forming to shipping and measuring.
- Define requirements, navigate trade-offs, and drive delivery for complex, ambiguous projects.
- Help establish Emidat as a service provider for Digital Product Passports.
- Discover and implement new use-cases for customer personas.
- Coach and mentor other engineers on system architecture.
- Invest in tooling, processes, and abstractions to multiply team output.
- Identify and solve technical problems through actionable proposals.
