Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in design leadership, managing multidisciplinary teams (Product, Graphic, Web, and Motion).
- Proven experience in integrating and scaling Generative AI tools (e.g., Midjourney, Stable Diffusion, ChatGPT, AI-driven Figma plugins).
- A spectacular, diverse portfolio demonstrating excellence in both high-impact Brand/Visual Design and complex Product Design (UX/UI, design systems).
- Expert-level proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Cloud.
- Proven ability to build, govern, and scale comprehensive Brand Guidelines and Design Systems.
- Deep understanding of visual storytelling, emotional design, and how aesthetics influence user trust in financial products.
- Strong ability to collaborate with C-level stakeholders and defend design decisions.
- Demonstrated experience in fostering a psychologically safe environment for creative exploration.
Responsibilities
- Define and own the overarching art direction, brand identity, and visual strategy for the entire company.
- Drive the AI transformation within the design department by researching, testing, and standardizing new AI tools.
- Act as the ultimate quality gatekeeper for major product releases, brand campaigns, and web updates.
- Manage, hire, and mentor a multidisciplinary team of designers through regular 1-on-1s and creative reviews.
- Implement company-wide DesignOps frameworks, including standardized asset libraries and review processes.
