Requirements
- 5+ years of total digital marketing experience, with 3+ years in a senior capacity.
- Advanced SEO knowledge including technical SEO implementation.
- Proven experience with Google Ads and Meta Ads management.
- Proficiency in WordPress administration and optimization.
- Experience with SEMrush or equivalent SEO platforms.
- Demonstrated success in conversion rate optimization (CRO) and landing page development.
- Strong analytical and reporting skills with the ability to translate data into strategy.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Excellent written and spoken English.
- Proven experience developing and owning marketing strategy.
Responsibilities
- Audit and optimize technical SEO including Core Web Vitals, site structure, and schema.
- Manage and scale Google Ads and Meta advertising campaigns to maximize ROI.
- Develop and execute backlink strategies to improve domain authority.
- Optimize landing pages and website performance to increase conversion rates.
- Manage social media presence and content creation across two brands.
- Deliver monthly performance reports with actionable insights and lead tracking.
- Lead the transition of marketing assets and accounts from an external agency.
