Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Business, Commerce, Communications, or a related discipline.
  • At least five years of hands-on digital performance marketing experience with substantial paid acquisition responsibility.
  • Demonstrated experience managing e-commerce performance marketing across multiple websites, brands, or markets.
  • Advanced practical experience with Google Ads, including Search, Shopping, Performance Max, remarketing, and conversion optimization.
  • Strong experience with Microsoft Advertising and Meta Ads, including audience targeting and optimization.
  • Proven ability to manage and scale monthly paid media budgets of at least AUD 30,000.
  • Strong working knowledge of SEO, including backlink acquisition, off-page optimization, and keyword strategy.
  • Experience with Shopify, including product feeds, merchant centers, and tracking.
  • Advanced capability with Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and Looker Studio.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into commercial recommendations.
  • Ability to work effectively within Australian business hours.

Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end planning, execution, and optimization of paid digital campaigns across Google Ads, Microsoft Advertising, and Meta Ads.
  • Manage and scale paid media budgets of at least AUD 30,000 per month.
  • Develop channel strategies across Australia and New Zealand, owning campaign structure, keyword strategy, and audience targeting.
  • Monitor and improve return on advertising spend (ROAS), customer acquisition cost, and revenue contribution.
  • Lead SEO activities including backlink strategy, off-page optimization, and organic visibility analysis.
  • Execute email marketing and electronic direct mail campaigns to support customer retention.
  • Implement robust tracking, attribution, and reporting using Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and Looker Studio.
  • Collaborate with internal design and web teams to coordinate campaign assets and landing page improvements.
