Requirements
- 5–10 years of experience in quality assurance, program management, healthcare operations, or a related field.
- At least 3 years of experience working within healthcare, clinical, outpatient, or regulated environments.
- Proven experience designing and implementing quality assurance programs where processes and frameworks needed to be built or significantly improved.
- Experience developing quality measurement systems, defining metrics, analyzing operational data, and driving improvement initiatives.
- Strong program management skills with the ability to coordinate multiple stakeholders and deliver initiatives from concept through completion.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills with both clinical and non-clinical teams.
- Ability to use data tools and AI-assisted analysis methods to improve quality processes while applying sound professional judgment.
- Experience with healthcare quality standards, patient safety, population health, or managed care programs is preferred.
- Familiarity with regulated quality systems such as ISO 13485, EU MDR, or similar frameworks is a plus.
- Experience working in a fast-growing healthcare technology environment where quality infrastructure is being developed is highly valued.
Responsibilities
- Map existing clinical quality assurance processes, identify improvement opportunities, and create prioritized remediation plans.
- Design and implement a scalable quality program framework, including audit processes, review cycles, quality metrics, and accountability structures.
- Build and manage quality data review processes by defining key indicators, improving data collection methods, and developing dashboards that support decision-making.
- Lead cross-functional quality improvement initiatives involving clinical, operations, and technology teams.
- Establish and maintain quality documentation, including SOPs, audit tools, guidelines, and training materials.
- Develop processes that ensure quality standards remain effective as healthcare operations scale.
- Use data analysis and AI-enabled tools to improve quality reviews while maintaining appropriate human oversight.
- Partner with clinical leadership and operational stakeholders to identify risks, improve workflows, and drive measurable outcomes.
- Promote a culture of continuous improvement focused on safety, reliability, and exceptional member experiences.
