Requirements
- Previous experience supporting social media brands or agencies.
- Excellent written English with strong grammar and conversational communication.
- Ability to write in a tone authentic to U.S.-based brands.
- Experience with Instagram and TikTok community management.
- Strong organizational skills and exceptional attention to detail.
- Comfortable learning new software independently.
- Excellent communication and responsiveness.
- Self-starter capable of identifying process improvements.
Responsibilities
- Monitor and respond to Instagram and TikTok comments and direct messages in brand voice.
- Repost client stories and user-generated content.
- Manage affiliate relationships and campaigns via Endless.io.
- Coordinate influencer outreach and communication with micro-creators.
- Organize and categorize raw photo/video files for editors and clients.
- Support operations across Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn, and Substack.
- Assist with administrative tasks and travel logistics coordination.
