Requirements
- Experience in product management for data, analytics, or AI platforms/products.
- Hands-on exposure to modern cloud data platforms (e.g., Snowflake, Databricks, AWS, Azure, GCP).
- Strong data and AI literacy.
- Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams in an agile environment.
- Familiarity with data/AI architecture and governance.
- Experience in change-heavy transformations.
- Proficiency with product/project management tools.
- Willingness to travel as required.
- Significant experience owning end-to-end product outcomes for data/analytics/AI products (Lead requirement).
- Prior external consulting experience and contributions to business development (Lead requirement).
- Executive-facing communication skills (Lead requirement).
Responsibilities
- Shape and deliver data and AI platforms/products that solve business problems.
- Partner with architects, engineers, analysts, and change leaders.
- Convert business goals into requirements, user stories, and backlogs.
- Lead agile planning and execution across cross-functional teams.
- Define and track KPIs and success metrics across business, customer, product, and delivery.
- Ensure product quality, adoption, and continuous improvement.
- Communicate clearly with business and technical stakeholders.
- Own engagement-level product vision, roadmap, and KPIs (Lead level).
- Contribute to proposals, estimates, and key client conversations (Lead level).
