Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
- 8–12+ years of marketing experience in a fast-paced agency, brand, or independent environment.
- Demonstrated success managing large-scale marketing strategies, digital campaigns, and complex programs.
- Strong understanding of creative production workflows, campaign development, and operational delivery.
- Experience writing campaign briefs and providing clear strategic direction to creative teams.
- Excellent communication skills with strong executive presence and stakeholder management capabilities.
- Proven ability to organize and lead teams across complex, multi-project environments.
- Strong project management skills with experience balancing timelines, resources, budgets, and priorities.
- Experience managing enterprise-level or Fortune 500 accounts, ideally within consumer packaged goods or healthcare industries.
- Ability to build strong relationships across clients, creative teams, operations, and leadership groups.
- Interest in AI-enabled marketing workflows, innovation, and operational transformation.
- Ability to work within a timezone aligned with or close to Eastern Time (GMT-4).
Responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong client partnerships across senior stakeholder groups, positioning the team as a trusted strategic advisor.
- Manage complex communication flows, feedback processes, and stakeholder expectations.
- Lead coordination between clients, internal teams, and external partners to ensure alignment across integrated campaigns.
- Mentor and support account team members, fostering accountability, collaboration, and strategic thinking.
- Provide leadership across program teams to improve efficiency, quality, and overall account performance.
- Collaborate with creative, strategy, production, and project management teams to deliver integrated marketing solutions.
- Oversee high-volume workflows across multiple concurrent projects to ensure timelines and deliverables remain on track.
- Improve operational processes related to briefing, approvals, resource planning, and production workflows.
- Monitor account health, including scope management, utilization, budgets, service levels, and delivery performance.
- Lead creative development processes from initial briefing through final execution.
