Requirements
- 7+ years of professional software development experience with strong expertise in full-stack application development.
- Proven experience building and maintaining production-grade applications across frontend and backend technologies.
- Strong understanding of software architecture, scalability principles, and technical decision-making for complex projects.
- Experience using Generative AI tools in software development workflows, with the ability to evaluate their impact on engineering quality.
- Experience conducting code reviews, mentoring developers, and promoting engineering best practices.
- Previous experience working directly with clients, stakeholders, or cross-functional teams in technical discussions.
- Excellent problem-solving, analytical thinking, and communication skills.
- Professional proficiency in English for collaboration with international teams.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related technical field.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable full-stack applications using modern frontend and backend technologies.
- Act as a technical advisor and Software Technical Lead across different projects, providing guidance on architecture, development strategies, and engineering decisions.
- Review code, define best practices, and support engineering teams in resolving complex technical challenges.
- Evaluate technical trade-offs and recommend suitable architectures, technologies, and solutions based on project requirements.
- Leverage Generative AI tools responsibly to improve software delivery efficiency while maintaining code quality, reliability, and maintainability.
- Collaborate with business and sales teams during technical discovery sessions, helping shape proposals and solutions for prospective clients.
- Mentor developers and technical leads through knowledge sharing, coaching, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Stay up to date with emerging technologies and introduce valuable innovations to improve engineering processes.
