Requirements
- Proficiency in video editing tools such as Adobe Premiere Pro or CapCut.
- Skilled in using AI tools including Sora, Midjourney, Canva AI, Adobe Firefly, or DALL-E 3.
- Experience in intermediate photo and layout editing using Canva, Photoshop, or Illustrator.
- Strong foundation in graphic design principles (layout, design, typography).
- Knowledge of both digital and print formatting requirements.
- Ability to work productively with minimal supervision and meet tight deadlines.
- High attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
- Positive attitude towards feedback, revisions, and collaboration.
- Hardware: Laptop/Desktop with at least Intel Core i3 and 8 GB RAM, running Windows 10 or above.
- Equipment: Noise-cancelling headset and webcam.
- Internet: Wired connection with minimum 30 mbps download and 10 mbps upload speed.
Responsibilities
- Create visual concepts to inspire and inform audiences for campaign goals.
- Edit raw video files into polished, ready-to-post content.
- Develop layout and production designs for social media, advertisements, and brochures.
- Utilize AI tools for video prompting, image generation, and creative design enhancements.
- Incorporate feedback and changes recommended by clients or Project Managers.
- Ensure all final outputs align with project briefs before submission.
- Stay updated on emerging design software and AI platforms.
