Requirements
- 7+ years of hands-on experience in HVAC/mechanical systems or industrial equipment manufacturing.
- 4+ years of experience in a Quality position (engineer, supervisor, manager).
- Demonstrated QA/QC experience on construction, commissioning, or service projects in data center or critical infrastructure environments.
- Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings, submittals, MOPs, SOPs, and EAPs.
- Strong written documentation skills for inspection reports, nonconformance logs, and summary findings.
- Proficiency with BAS/BMS platforms for system verification.
- Fluency in Spanish.
- Ability to travel 20-40% of the time to factory and field sites.
Responsibilities
- Support new and existing production at European manufacturing sites through first article inspections and pre-shipment quality reviews.
- Perform on-site QA/QC inspections at customer data centers to verify installation and commissioning standards.
- Drive 8D problem-solving for technical customer issues and coordinate corrective actions with Engineering and Operations teams.
- Create professional customer-facing reports, including Root Cause Analysis, Plans of Corrective Action, and Technical Bulletins.
- Participate in internal quality meetings as a field intelligence source, reporting on recurring patterns and trends.
- Develop and refine inspection checklists, MOPs, SOPs, and QA/QC documentation standards.
