Requirements
- Education or professional experience in Agronomy or Farming
- Strong understanding of agricultural industry practices, operations and culture
- Data annotation experience
- Highly motivated, independent thinker with strong problem solving skills
- Highly organized with excellent time management skills
- Collaboration skills to work with customers and internal teams simultaneously
- High level of attention to detail and ability to think strategically
- Ability to travel to farms 25-50% of the time
- Intermediate to advanced Google Suite and Confluence skills
- Ability to identify/address high risk situations and make safe independent decisions
Responsibilities
- Gain deep understanding of system operations and failure points.
- Audit data to ensure clean and appropriate datasets.
- Work with support to investigate issues and determine data integrity needs.
- Validate solutions and document results.
- Translate field tests and model issues and analyze feedback.
- Prepare cases for field personnel to review labels/predictions.
- Uncover performance related issues and work with engineers on solutions.
- Conduct field experiments to improve performance.
