Requirements
- 6+ years of experience in software testing, ideally within mobile and IoT domains.
- 2+ years of experience in a leadership role, with demonstrated ability to drive QA practices.
- Proven experience with test case management tools such as Qase or TestRail and the Atlassian stack (Jira, Confluence).
- Strong hands-on experience in both manual and automated testing using tools like Cypress, Appium, Postman, and Robot Framework.
- Solid technical understanding of Bluetooth Low Energy (BLE), API testing, and cloud platforms (AWS, Firebase).
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- English language proficiency at B2+ level (written and spoken).
- Leadership mindset with an emphasis on team growth and mentorship.
- Experience with hardware-in-the-loop setups is a plus.
- Familiarity with IoT protocols such as MQTT, NFC, Wi-Fi, or Thread is preferred.
- ISTQB Advanced or higher certification is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Plan, design, and execute comprehensive testing strategies for IoT and mobile products.
- Lead and mentor the QA team by guiding test design, reviewing approaches, and facilitating knowledge-sharing.
- Introduce and integrate modern QA tools, test automation, and CI/CD pipelines.
- Define, track, and improve quality metrics to enhance testing efficiency.
- Collaborate with the CTO, developers, and project managers to define acceptance criteria and coverage.
- Oversee full-range testing including compatibility, functional, E2E, performance, and security.
- Execute end-to-end quality validation from raw hardware signals to cloud data.
