Requirements
- At least 2 years of QA or similar experience in complex tech environments.
- Excellent written and spoken English proficiency.
- Strong proficiency in SQL and SOQL.
- Proficiency in Jira and Bitbucket software.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Great attention to detail to identify hidden bugs.
- Self-sufficiency, proactivity, and responsibility for assigned tasks.
- ISTQB certification (nice to have).
- Experience in a Salesforce environment (nice to have).
- Experience with test automation tools like Apex, JavaScript, or Selenium (nice to have).
- Experience working with Claude AI (nice to have).
Responsibilities
- Create and carry out extensive manual test scenarios to ensure software meets requirements.
- Find and report bugs, issues, and improvements for the desktop application via Jira.
- Conduct exploratory, integration, and regression testing.
- Define detailed test plans for new requirements.
- Collaborate with developers and colleagues across the business to define solutions.
- Collaborate with support to triage issues raised by the business.
