Requirements
- Proven experience in building, maintaining, and improving automated testing pipelines.
- Strong hands-on experience with Python and Pytest.
- Practical experience with Selenium for UI and end-to-end test automation.
- Practical experience with TypeScript and Playwright.
- Experience integrating automated tests into CI/CD pipelines.
- Good understanding of Software Quality Assurance principles (test strategy, regression testing, defect management, root cause analysis).
- Experience working closely with development teams to troubleshoot issues.
- Ability to communicate clearly and collaborate effectively.
- Ability to balance quality goals with delivery timelines.
- Analytical thinking and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Strong ownership mindset and focus on continuous improvement.
Responsibilities
- Take ownership of automated testing pipelines.
- Support the team in investigating and resolving quality-related issues.
- Help build confidence in releases across the platform.
- Work closely with software engineers and cross-functional stakeholders.
- Improve test coverage and strengthen validation practices.
- Make quality an integral part of the development lifecycle.
