Requirements
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's or Master's degree in any financial related field.
- A strong interest in sales, crypto, and financial markets.
- Previous exposure in a client facing role, handling client objections regardless of industry (e.g. hospitality).
- Native or bilingual proficiency in one or more CEE languages (both written and verbal) is required.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Organized with attention to (personal) details but excellent time management.
- Proactive, self-motivated, and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively as part of a diverse team.
- Strong problem-solving skills.
Responsibilities
- Support the sales team in preparing tailored sales materials for partners and retail clients.
- Assist in managing and updating our CRM system with client interactions, sales activities, and pipeline data.
- Help prepare and analyze sales performance reports.
- Coordinate logistics for samples, marketing materials, and other sales-related resources.
- Assist in outreach discovery efforts to potential and existing Affiliates and clients, including email communications and (e.g.) calls, predominantly.
- Contribute to ad-hoc projects aimed at improving sales flow and direct contact with our customers, this includes online webinars, offline events at conferences and providing data.
