Requirements

  • Proven track record of managing significant budgets with a focus on CPA and customer acquisition.
  • Strong understanding of LTV and ability to integrate it into paid strategy.
  • Experience with attribution modeling, tracking setup, and multi-touch measurement.
  • Demonstrated success in managing and growing affiliate channels.
  • Experience working in a regulated industry is essential.
  • Ability to blend paid performance data with site funnel insights for high-impact decision-making.
  • Structured, disciplined approach to running testing and experimentation programs.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to communicate data-driven findings to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Experience leading and developing a small team.
  • Commercial mindset focused on outcomes rather than just activity.

Responsibilities

  • Own paid search and paid social strategy end-to-end to drive CPA, patient acquisition, and revenue growth.
  • Manage and optimize spend across channels to improve performance and channel mix.
  • Develop and iterate on ad creative through structured testing and experimentation.
  • Own attribution, tracking standards, and data integrity across all paid channels.
  • Optimize and scale the existing affiliate operation by deepening partner relationships.
  • Produce regular performance reporting and actionable insights for senior stakeholders.
  • Ensure all activities comply with regulatory requirements while finding opportunities to scale.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align messaging, landing page experiences, and search strategies.
  • Manage relationships with external agencies, platforms, and third-party partners.
  • Lead and develop a small team of performance marketing professionals.
