Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in IT engineering, IT management, or a similar hands-on technical role.
- Strong proficiency with MDM platforms: Jamf (macOS) and Microsoft Intune (Windows).
- Experience with identity and access management platforms, particularly Okta.
- Demonstrated ability to manage software procurement, renewals, and SaaS license optimization.
- Hands-on experience building zero-touch provisioning and automated reimaging workflows.
- Strong scripting skills in Python, Bash, or PowerShell.
- Prior experience in people management or as a technical lead.
- Familiarity with infrastructure-as-code tools such as Terraform.
- Experience managing IT operations for distributed or global teams.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work in a remote-first, cross-functional environment.
- Strong prioritization and ownership instincts, with the ability to manage complex project roadmaps.
- Ability to travel to project sites, with a minimum of one week per year.
Responsibilities
- Design and implement zero-touch provisioning and automated reimaging for macOS (Jamf) and Windows (Intune) endpoints.
- Manage the full software procurement lifecycle, including renewals, license optimization, and annual budget execution.
- Oversee Okta administration, including SSO, SCIM, and lifecycle automation for global employees.
- Apply DevOps principles to IT operations, such as managing Intune policies via Terraform and building automated workflows.
- Supervise and mentor IT support staff, providing technical coaching and priority-setting.
- Build endpoint monitoring and fleet health dashboards to drive proactive support.
- Develop and maintain IT training programs and documentation for employees.
- Collaborate with infrastructure and security teams to improve access controls and endpoint security posture.
