Responsibilities
- Lead, mentor, and inspire a team of Technical Program Managers, fostering a culture of excellence, accountability, and collaboration.
- Set clear objectives, performance expectations, and career development plans for team members.
- Drive continuous improvement in technical program management and governance methodologies and practices.
- Foster strong relationships with key stakeholders, including executives, cross-functional teams, and external partners.
- Communicate program status, issues, and risks effectively to stakeholders at all levels.
- Oversee program risk management, issue resolution, and escalation procedures.
- Collaborate with senior leadership to define and align program objectives with overall company goals.
- Forecast and mitigate potential capacity issues and define resourcing models.
