Experience
Circa 2 PQE or above

Requirements

  • Experience negotiating derivatives / ISDA documentation.
  • Direct hands-on UMR experience (e.g., IM CSA documentation).
  • Experience with initial margin calculation/implementation.
  • Knowledge of collateral, legal and regulatory requirements related to derivatives.
  • Good understanding of OTC derivatives, margin and collateral concepts.
  • Understanding of UMR regulation.
  • Circa 2 PQE or above, or equivalent experienced negotiator.
  • Experience from financial services sector or law firm.

Responsibilities

  • Negotiate and review UMR (Uncleared Margin Rules)-related trading documents amongst other derivative documentations.
  • Ensure agreed terms meet regulatory (UMR) requirements and internal risk/collateral policies.
  • Properly capture margin, collateral, and segregation terms.
