Requirements
- 5+ years of professional design experience.
- Experience working with Claude Code, Claude Design, or equivalent AI tooling for producing user interfaces.
- Experience facilitating user research and testing.
- Proficiency working with and developing design systems.
- Experience collaborating with development teams to push production code.
- Portfolio required (online or PDF, please include passwords).
- Previous experience in a Fintech startup or designing for marketplaces (preferred).
- Front-end engineering experience in React (preferred).
Responsibilities
- Lead the design and implementation of key product features and initiatives from conceptualization through iteration and delivery.
- Utilize AI agents (primarily Claude) to prototype and build interfaces.
- Collaborate with engineers to deliver front-end code and optimize user experience based on feedback.
- Partner with product managers and stakeholders to refine requirements and design solutions.
- Conduct user research and usability testing to iterate on and improve UX solutions.
- Design and deliver web and mobile interfaces for cross-device consistency.
- Own and evolve the user experience output for the product team.
- Present design concepts, prototypes, and production demos to stakeholders.
