Requirements

  • Background in Architecture, Engineering, Construction, and/or sales.
  • Demonstrated ability to isolate technical problems and formulate/demonstrate solutions.
  • Experience with Autodesk software such as Revit or Navisworks.
  • Ability to work independently.
  • Ability to travel extensively within the territory.
  • Valid driver’s license with an excellent driving record.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and/or Engineering discipline strongly preferred.
  • Experience selling scanning lasers and capital equipment in a construction market is a strong plus.
  • Familiarity with Digital Reality software, LiDAR, and/or SLAM Scanners is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Identify and qualify potential clients through research, networking, and outreach.
  • Manage the entire sales cycle, from initial contact to closing deals, including product demonstrations, needs assessment, and contract negotiation.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure success, satisfaction, and retention.
  • Track and manage the sales pipeline in Salesforce for accurate forecasting.
  • Meet or exceed sales targets and contribute to overall revenue growth.
  • Collaborate with marketing, product development, and customer success teams to tailor solutions to client needs.
  • Provide regular reports on sales activities, pipeline status, and customer feedback.
  • Manage existing accounts to identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities.
