Requirements
- Background in Architecture, Engineering, Construction, and/or sales.
- Demonstrated ability to isolate technical problems and formulate/demonstrate solutions.
- Experience with Autodesk software such as Revit or Navisworks.
- Ability to work independently.
- Ability to travel extensively within the territory.
- Valid driver’s license with an excellent driving record.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and/or Engineering discipline strongly preferred.
- Experience selling scanning lasers and capital equipment in a construction market is a strong plus.
- Familiarity with Digital Reality software, LiDAR, and/or SLAM Scanners is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Identify and qualify potential clients through research, networking, and outreach.
- Manage the entire sales cycle, from initial contact to closing deals, including product demonstrations, needs assessment, and contract negotiation.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure success, satisfaction, and retention.
- Track and manage the sales pipeline in Salesforce for accurate forecasting.
- Meet or exceed sales targets and contribute to overall revenue growth.
- Collaborate with marketing, product development, and customer success teams to tailor solutions to client needs.
- Provide regular reports on sales activities, pipeline status, and customer feedback.
- Manage existing accounts to identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities.
