Requirements
- 5+ years of professional experience with Node.js, preferably FastifyJS or NestJS.
- Advanced proficiency in ReactJS and Next.js.
- Strong experience using TypeScript across frontend and backend.
- Proven experience designing secure, scalable RESTful APIs.
- 2+ years integrating Twilio (voice, SMS, or automation workflows).
- Hands-on experience with Docker and containerized environments.
- Experience with Stripe (SaaS subscriptions) and Zapier developer integrations.
- Experience with AI workflow orchestration, prompt engineering, and frameworks like LangChain or LlamaIndex.
- Proven leadership experience in guiding technical decisions, code reviews, and career growth.
- Minimum 15 Mbps primary internet and 10 Mbps backup internet connection.
- Minimum hardware requirements: Intel Core i5 (8th gen+), Intel Core i3 (10th gen+), or AMD Ryzen 5 with 8 GB RAM.
Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor a high-performing, aligned engineering team.
- Bridge communication between business and engineering stakeholders.
- Make scalable and future-proof architectural decisions for the SaaS platform.
- Oversee end-to-end product delivery, including frontend and backend systems.
- Enforce high engineering standards for code security, maintainability, and performance.
- Drive feature execution and prioritization while managing technical debt.
