Requirements
- 5–8+ years of Product Management experience in SaaS or platform-based products.
- Proven experience owning complex systems or platform-level product areas.
- Strong systems thinking—ability to anticipate downstream impacts and support long-term scalability.
- Experience working closely with Engineering on technical design, trade-offs, and architecture.
- Track record of leading delivery for large, cross-functional teams (including pods of 8–12 engineers).
- Experience with release management and structured product delivery.
- Ability to own products end-to-end with a focus on user-facing application experiences.
- Strong execution mindset with the ability to drive clarity and accountability.
- Excellent communication skills for translating complexity into clear decisions.
Responsibilities
- Own and evolve a complex product system, balancing long-term platform health with business needs.
- Support hands-on customer onboarding and post-launch activities to ensure success.
- Partner deeply with Engineering to define technical direction, architecture, and trade-offs.
- Drive structured execution across planning, delivery, and release cycles.
- Break down complex problems across interconnected systems into clear, actionable components.
- Collaborate across Product, Engineering, Data, and Design to ensure cohesive experiences.
- Establish strong release discipline and provide clarity in a multi-stakeholder environment.
