Requirements

  • 8–10+ years of professional experience, including 6+ years in Product Management roles, ideally within B2B SaaS, enterprise software, AI, automation, or data-driven products.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline.
  • Proven experience owning product strategy, execution, adoption, optimization, and value realization for complex products.
  • Strong understanding of AI concepts such as generative AI, autonomous agents, AI evaluations, enterprise AI governance, explainability, and responsible AI practices.
  • Experience managing products after launch, including adoption measurement, customer feedback analysis, iteration, and scaling.
  • Demonstrated ability to work directly with enterprise customers and convert insights into actionable product decisions.
  • Strong analytical and data-driven mindset, with experience using prioritization frameworks such as RICE, ROI analysis, or Value vs. Effort.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with Engineering, Design, Data Science, Product Operations, Marketing, Sales, Customer Success, and Support teams.
  • Experience leading beta programs, early access initiatives, design partnerships, pilots, or strategic customer adoption programs is preferred.
  • Familiarity with Agile methodologies and product tools such as Jira, Confluence, Figma, Productboard, analytics platforms, or similar solutions.
  • Excellent communication, storytelling, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence technical and executive audiences.
  • Strong understanding of enterprise software development processes and customer-focused product practices.

Responsibilities

  • Own the end-to-end AI adoption and customer value strategy, ensuring AI capabilities evolve from initial launch into scalable, repeatable customer solutions.
  • Define adoption goals, success metrics, product health indicators, and value realization frameworks alongside product and business stakeholders.
  • Partner directly with strategic customers to understand workflows, identify adoption barriers, validate solutions, and gather insights that influence product priorities.
  • Represent customer needs in roadmap discussions by analyzing usage data, feedback, support trends, and market signals.
  • Collaborate with Engineering, Design, and Data Science teams to improve AI product usability, trust, performance, scalability, security, and overall customer experience.
  • Support AI product launches by creating adoption plans, enablement resources, messaging, FAQs, and internal readiness materials.
  • Partner with Customer Success, Sales, and Support teams to improve customer onboarding, deployment, engagement, and long-term success.
  • Drive cross-functional alignment by communicating product progress, risks, opportunities, and recommendations to stakeholders and leadership.
