Requirements
- 3+ years of full-cycle recruitment experience
- Proven experience recruiting technical and creative roles
- Ability to close generalist roles efficiently
- Strong screening, evaluation, and offer-closing skills
- KPI-driven, outcome-oriented mindset
- Clear, structured communicator with high ownership
- Experience recruiting for US-based clients
- Agency or high-performance recruiting background
- Proficiency in ATS/CRM systems (Workable experience a plus)
- Proficiency in LinkedIn Recruiter
- Proficiency in Google Workspace, Notion, and Slack
Responsibilities
- Manage intake, role calibration, candidate screening, interview coordination, and offer closure
- Ensure multiple active roles are fully vetted and interview-ready before submission
- Drive hiring outcomes while maintaining Pearl’s quality standards
- Recruit technical (Full-Stack, Frontend, Backend, QA), creative (UI/UX, Product, Design), and generalist (EA, Ops, Admin) roles
- Conduct selective sourcing for niche or time-sensitive roles
- Lead structured intake calls to define success profiles and manage stakeholder expectations
- Produce high-quality candidate summaries and scorecards
- Maintain accurate ATS/CRM data and follow internal SOPs and playbooks
