Requirements
- Full-time, 40+ hour weekly availability
- Flexibility to work weekdays and weekends (Saturday and Sunday preferred)
- Ability to work late evening hours (3pm-12am EST)
- Proven experience in a high-ticket closing or fitness sales role
- Familiarity with CRM systems, specifically HubSpot
- Demonstrable sales skills including objection handling, discovery, and solution presentation
- Basic knowledge of fitness and nutrition principles
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Self-motivated, results-driven, and highly accountable
Responsibilities
- Confirm and nurture inbound schedules leading up to demos
- Communicate effectively and consistently with prospects via text and phone
- Monitor sales pipeline from initial lead cadence through post-demo follow-up
- Communicate daily with direct reports
- Attend daily team meetings, coaching sessions, and pipeline reviews
- Record all prospect interactions in the CRM
- Collaborate with adjacent departments
