Requirements

  • Full-time, 40+ hour weekly availability
  • Flexibility to work weekdays and weekends (Saturday and Sunday preferred)
  • Ability to work late evening hours (3pm-12am EST)
  • Proven experience in a high-ticket closing or fitness sales role
  • Familiarity with CRM systems, specifically HubSpot
  • Demonstrable sales skills including objection handling, discovery, and solution presentation
  • Basic knowledge of fitness and nutrition principles
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Self-motivated, results-driven, and highly accountable

Responsibilities

  • Confirm and nurture inbound schedules leading up to demos
  • Communicate effectively and consistently with prospects via text and phone
  • Monitor sales pipeline from initial lead cadence through post-demo follow-up
  • Communicate daily with direct reports
  • Attend daily team meetings, coaching sessions, and pipeline reviews
  • Record all prospect interactions in the CRM
  • Collaborate with adjacent departments
