- Senior Production Design experience.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (especially Photoshop).
- Proficiency in Figma.
- Experience using Claude and AI tools in professional workflows.
- Experience in agency environments (nice to have).
- Knowledge of Adobe Illustrator and After Effects (nice to have).
- Motion graphics knowledge (nice to have).
- Experience with AI experimentation in creative environments (nice to have).
Responsibilities
- Produce high-quality marketing and production design assets.
- Collaborate with designers, strategists, writers, and producers.
- Work within existing design systems and brand guidelines.
- Leverage AI tools (Claude and others) to streamline creative workflows.
- Prepare production-ready deliverables with exceptional attention to detail.
- Participate in creative reviews and iterations.
