Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Data Management, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in data management, data governance, or data administration.
- Familiarity with data governance frameworks and best practices.
- Experience with Azure Data Engineering, SQL Server, Power BI, SharePoint, and Power Platform data integration is preferred.
Responsibilities
- Establish and maintain enterprise-level data management practices aligned with Level 4–5 CMMI target operating maturity.
- Identify authoritative data sources, standardize data definitions, and resolve duplicate or conflicting data elements.
- Fill metadata gaps and address reporting inconsistencies across OAA applications, SQL Server 2022, SSRS, Power BI, SharePoint, and Power Apps.
- Develop and maintain data dictionaries, metadata documentation, stored procedure inventories, and report-to-data-source traceability.
- Assist with data-related inputs for ATO documentation and audits.
- Propose master data management, data fabric, or metadata-driven approaches aligned with the Microsoft-based OAA environment.
