Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in CS, Software Engineering, Data Engineering, Machine Learning, or related field.
- 7+ years of professional experience in software, backend, platform, DevOps, MLOps, or cloud engineering.
- Strong proficiency in Python and experience building maintainable services or APIs.
- Hands-on experience with AWS services (e.g., Bedrock, Lambda, S3, IAM, CloudWatch, Glue, MWAA/Airflow).
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines, Git-based workflows, and automated testing.
- Experience with containerization (Docker, Kubernetes) and Infrastructure-as-Code (Terraform).
- Working knowledge of SQL and relational databases such as PostgreSQL.
- Experience with AI-enabled applications (LLM APIs, RAG, knowledge bases, AI agents).
- Strong production troubleshooting and root-cause analysis skills.
- Experience scaling AI-enabled applications from prototype to production (preferred).
- Familiarity with AI frameworks like LangChain, LangGraph, or LlamaIndex (preferred).
- Experience in healthcare technology or regulated data environments (preferred).
Responsibilities
- Maintain and enhance internal tools for terminology management, content creation, and workflow automation.
- Build and maintain integrations across internal applications, APIs, databases, and AI services.
- Design and implement new automation and AI-enabled capabilities as business needs evolve.
- Manage operational support for production applications, including incident response, troubleshooting, and root-cause analysis.
- Handle infrastructure configuration, monitoring, and deployments on AWS.
- Collaborate with clinical, terminology, and data science teams to scale AI agents and workflow automation.
- Mentor team members and promote software engineering best practices for secure and maintainable systems.
