Requirements
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
- Paralegal experience.
- Experience with 18.001 counter affidavits.
- Experience with Tier 1 carriers.
- Strong proofreading and editing skills.
- Ability to perform repetitive quality assurance tasks with high accuracy.
- Proficiency in computer skills and typing.
- Ability to manage time efficiently and meet deadlines.
- Strong critical thinking skills.
- Maintain an uninterrupted, self-supplied high-speed internet connection.
Responsibilities
- Review reports accompanying medical records for completeness and to ensure all client questions are addressed.
- Follow up with reviewers and clients to resolve questions or seek clarifications.
- Update clients on referral progress.
- Correct grammar and spelling in reports.
- Ensure referrals adhere to QA checklists prior to completion.
- Format reports for approval.
- Communicate clearly and concisely with customers, reviewers, and the Operations team.
- Speak confidently with physicians and clients regarding peer review content.
