Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in Software Quality Assurance with significant experience in automation.
- Proven ability to design and implement scalable QA processes and automation strategies.
- Strong product instincts with the ability to understand complex workflows.
- Experience owning QA with a high degree of autonomy in a fast-paced software organization.
- Strong experience with modern automation frameworks such as Playwright, Cypress, or Selenium.
- Experience testing AI or LLM-powered products.
- Proficiency in programming languages.
- Experience integrating automated testing into CI/CD pipelines (e.g., GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, Jenkins).
- Experience with API, integration, regression, and end-to-end testing.
- Experience implementing AI-assisted testing workflows.
Responsibilities
- Own and evolve Syllo's overall quality assurance strategy.
- Establish scalable QA processes that support rapid, high-confidence releases.
- Define quality standards, release criteria, and testing best practices across the organization.
- Design, build, and maintain automated testing frameworks that integrate seamlessly into our CI/CD pipeline.
- Evaluate and implement AI-powered workflows to improve testing efficiency and release confidence.
- Champion quality across Engineering, Product, and Customer Success teams.
- Partner with stakeholders to identify edge cases, failure modes, and usability issues.
