Requirements
- 3–5 years in Software QA (manual + automation).
- Strong understanding of core QA principles (priority vs. severity, regression vs. sanity, risk-based testing).
- Hands-on experience writing automation scripts with Python (Selenium).
- Familiarity with SaaS workflows, integrations, and APIs (JSON, REST, etc.).
- Excellent communication skills to interface directly with clients.
- Ability to translate feedback into testable requirements and articulate risks.
- Proactive mindset, comfortable navigating ambiguity.
- Nice to have: Modern frameworks (Playwright + TypeScript), CI/CD pipelines, BDD/TDD, test data management, security, performance, or accessibility testing.
Responsibilities
- Partner with Customer Success Managers to understand client workflows, identify quality gaps, and ensure smooth solution delivery.
- Design, implement, and execute manual and automated tests for client-facing workflows across our web platform.
- Write robust, maintainable scripts in Python (Selenium) to validate workflows, integrations, and configurations.
- Own test planning for client-specific features, including writing clear test cases and sanity scenarios.
- Lead exploratory testing, regression cycles, and release validations before client rollouts.
- Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Customer Success to reproduce client-reported issues, root-cause them, and verify fixes.
- Represent QA to clients by surfacing gaps, edge cases, and risks during solution validation.
