Requirements
- Excellent English communication skills.
- Minimum typing speed of 40WPM.
- Ability to work under pressure, multitask, and manage time efficiently.
- Hardware: Intel i3 (7th gen or higher) or AMD Ryzen 3 or higher processor.
- RAM: 8 GB or higher.
- OS: Windows 10 or higher (or MacOS equivalent).
- Headset: Noise-cancelling USB headset (A4Tech HU 7P/HU 50 or Jabra).
- Internet: Stable wired connection with a minimum of 30 Mbps.
- Software: Microsoft Office, PDF reader, AnyDesk, GDrive, and Discord.
- Customer orientation with ability to adapt to different personalities.
Responsibilities
- Conduct outbound calls for surveys, lead generation, event invitations, and sales.
- Handle inbound calls to resolve customer queries or close leads/sales.
- Perform data entry to update CRM software.
- Respond to professional emails.
- Create reports using Microsoft Office and Google Drive.
- Meet defined service level agreements.
