Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree completed in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related fields.
- Proven experience in back-end development using Java.
- Experience with cloud application development and cloud-based architectures.
- Hands-on experience with unit testing, integration testing, and API testing.
- Experience working with Docker and Kubernetes.
- Experience with relational databases and SQL, including technologies such as DB2 and Oracle.
- Experience with application monitoring and observability practices.
- Practical experience with TIBCO EMS messaging queues.
- Knowledge of Angular 6+ and JavaScript is considered a plus.
- Strong expertise in REST API development.
- Understanding of DevOps practices and tools.
- Ability to work effectively in agile teams.
- Strong problem-solving skills, communication abilities, and teamwork mindset.
Responsibilities
- Translate business requirements into efficient technical solutions and develop scalable applications.
- Design, develop, and maintain REST APIs to ensure effective integration between systems.
- Implement unit, integration, and API tests to guarantee software quality and reliability.
- Work with relational databases, ensuring secure and efficient data storage and management.
- Perform complex SQL queries for data analysis and manipulation.
- Participate actively in agile practices, including sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives.
- Monitor application performance and ensure proper observability in production environments.
- Collaborate on DevOps practices using Docker and Kubernetes for application containerization and orchestration.
- Maintain clear and updated technical documentation.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and support engineering best practices.
