Requirements
- Solid professional experience with Kotlin and Spring Framework.
- Experience with frontend development, preferably using ReactJS or other modern frontend technologies.
- Strong knowledge of Clean Architecture and scalable application design.
- Experience implementing automated testing practices and understanding of the Test Pyramid.
- Knowledge of software engineering best practices, including SOLID, DRY, DDD, and Clean Code principles.
- Experience working with cloud computing platforms, preferably AWS.
- Experience with containerization technologies such as Docker.
- Experience using AI-powered tools for code generation, quality assurance, and process improvement.
Responsibilities
- Act as a technical reference for the team, supporting architecture decisions and ensuring high-quality deliveries.
- Develop backend solutions using Kotlin and Java, with occasional contributions to frontend applications using React or other modern technologies.
- Participate actively in technical discussions, proposing simple, scalable solutions focused on user experience.
- Apply engineering best practices, including code reviews, pair programming, automated testing, and continuous monitoring.
- Support incident analysis and troubleshooting by using data, metrics, and structured problem-solving approaches.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives, technical documentation, and knowledge sharing across the team.
- Help maintain and evolve scalable applications following modern software development principles.
- Collaborate with product and engineering stakeholders to align technical solutions with business needs.
