Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or a related field
- Foundational knowledge of SQL, including writing, troubleshooting, and optimizing queries
- Working knowledge of Unix/Linux, including command-line navigation and scripting basics
- Familiarity with cloud platforms and cloud-based data environments
- Familiarity with cloud-based data platforms or data warehousing concepts
- Understanding of data modeling and data transformation principles
- Exposure to data development workflows through academic coursework or project experience
- Strong analytical thinking and attention to detail
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment and communicate technical concepts clearly
Responsibilities
- Write, test, and optimize SQL queries to support the development of health quality measures
- Build and maintain data transformations and logic within the Snowflake platform
- Support the design and implementation of data models aligned with health quality reporting requirements
- Conduct data validation and quality checks to ensure accuracy and consistency of outputs
- Collaborate with team members to understand technical requirements and translate them into solutions
- Document technical processes, data definitions, and development decisions
- Participate in team meetings and contribute to an agile, collaborative work environment
- Engage actively with mentors to accelerate technical and professional growth
