Requirements
- 2+ years of compliance or related experience in financial services or fintech.
- Strong analytical and critical-thinking skills.
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to collaborate cross-functionally and build relationships.
- Self-starter mindset with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Must be able to travel for company offsites at a minimum 2 times per year.
Responsibilities
- Investigate customer complaints to uncover patterns and systemic issues for product improvement.
- Deliver trend analysis and recommendations to frontline teams and leadership.
- Draft accurate responses to regulatory complaints.
- Maintain the UDAAP risk inventory and map products to potential consumer-harm exposures.
- Review operational processes and test AI chatbot workflows for UDAAP risk.
- Conduct state-by-state regulatory research, focusing on EWA and disclosure laws.
- Support compliance testing and monitoring efforts.
- Implement process improvements and automation to reduce manual compliance work.
