Requirements

  • Proven expertise in people analytics, workforce data science, or a related field.
  • Demonstrated experience building and maintaining production-grade data pipelines or databases.
  • Proficiency in SQL, Python, and dbt (or equivalent).
  • Prior experience partnering within an HR/People team for executive-level reporting.
  • Excellent communication and data storytelling skills for technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Understanding of AI/ML applications in people analytics.
  • Commitment to responsible and ethical data use.
  • Collaborative, self-directed work style with the ability to manage competing priorities.

Responsibilities

  • Build and deploy end-to-end models to analyze organizational trends and enhance people programs.
  • Translate complex statistical outputs into compelling stories for business decision-making.
  • Design and maintain automated data workflows and products using dbt and Snowflake.
  • Act as an internal consultant for People leaders to define data needs across HRIS, LMS, and ATS platforms.
  • Ensure compliance and high-quality data governance for employee data.
  • Partner with the enterprise data office to integrate People data into the company data lake.
  • Develop dimensional data models and maintain NLP/LLM models to optimize reporting performance.
