Requirements
- 8-10+ years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or Channel Operations.
- Demonstrated experience building channel operations programs from scratch for VAR, MSP, or Distributor businesses.
- Deep expertise in Impartner PRM administration and portal configuration.
- Advanced proficiency with Crossbeam for account mapping and ecosystem data integration.
- Advanced Salesforce proficiency specifically for partner account structures and channel process automation.
- Experience collaborating with Analytics and Enterprise Systems teams to deliver reporting infrastructure.
- Strong data analysis skills using Excel, Google Sheets, and BI platforms.
- Experience supporting channel compensation models and partner incentive structures.
- Excellent executive presence and ability to communicate complex data to senior leadership.
- Proven ability to manage multiple concurrent workstreams in a high-growth environment.
Responsibilities
- Design and own end-to-end channel operational processes, including partner onboarding, deal registration, and MDF/incentive management.
- Define and document standard operating procedures (SOPs) to ensure scalability across Sales, Finance, and Marketing.
- Build and maintain Channel GTM performance dashboards to provide real-time visibility into pipeline and partner activity.
- Administer and configure the Impartner PRM platform and manage channel-specific configurations in Salesforce.
- Partner with Analytics and Enterprise Systems teams to define requirements for reporting infrastructure and systems enhancements.
- Support channel compensation, incentive structures, and annual planning cycles including capacity modeling and revenue goal-setting.
