Requirements
- 4-6 years working on software development engagements, with Appian preferred.
- 2+ years leading software development teams implementing Appian.
- Bachelor’s degree in a technical field (software engineering, engineering, computer science, etc.).
- Experience in an Agile environment.
- Strong ability in database and system integration.
- Advanced database knowledge, including stored procedures, triggers, functions, and explain plans.
- Ability to analyze tables and views.
Responsibilities
- Work with senior leaders to scope and design Appian solutions that meet client expectations and business needs.
- Lead scrum teams to deliver on-time solutions following an agile methodology.
- Develop software solutions as a member of a software delivery team.
- Mentor and develop junior Appian developers.
- Maintain and update technical knowledge.
