Requirements

Active Kentucky independent license (LPCC, LCSW, or LMFT).
Experience working with children, adolescents, and families, or a strong passion for serving this population.
Ability to work independently in a virtual environment.
Commitment to trauma-informed, culturally responsive care.
Bilingual (English/Spanish) skills are highly preferred.

Responsibilities

Conduct comprehensive behavioral health assessments.
Develop individualized, trauma-informed treatment plans.
Provide evidence-based individual and family therapy via secure telehealth.
Collaborate with interdisciplinary care team including therapists, PMHNPs, psychiatrists, and care coordinators.
Complete timely and accurate clinical documentation within the electronic health record (EHR).
Support families through education, collaboration, and coordinated care.
