Requirements
- Active clinical license in Nebraska (e.g., LCSW, LPC, LMFT, LMHC).
- Minimum of 3 years of post-internship experience providing direct therapy to adults.
- Experience treating anxiety, depression, and stress.
- Proficiency in teleconferencing applications such as Zoom, Google Meet, or WebEx.
- Experience with Measurement Based Care and online assessments.
- Ability to maintain thorough SOAP notes via an online platform.
- Available for a minimum of 10 hours per week.
- Ability to manage multiple assignments and clients.
Responsibilities
- Conduct remote mental health therapy sessions for working adults.
- Deliver therapy via virtual platforms such as Zoom, Google Meet, or WebEx.
- Document client goals, treatment progress, and clinical assessments.
- Monitor NLT email and calendar daily for appointments and communications.
- Manage multiple client assignments in a fast-growth environment.
