Requirements
- Active, independent license as an LPC, LCSW, or LMFT in Oregon.
- Availability to work 40 hours per week during PST hours.
- Proven experience providing therapy services.
- Experience and comfort treating patients across varying acuity levels.
- Must reside in the U.S. or a U.S. territory.
- Telehealth experience is preferred.
- Experience using eClinicalWorks is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive initial evaluations and establish initial treatment plans.
- Provide therapy services to patients (ages 18+) with a full range of diagnoses in community mental health settings.
- Collaborate with a wide network of support, including psychiatry, crisis services, peer support, and case managers.
- Manage therapy sessions (50-60 minutes) and initial evaluations (90 minutes) with a caseload of 8-9 clients per day.
- Perform case management duties (for the Case Manager/Therapist role option).
