Requirements
- 5+ years of experience with Python, including strong knowledge of FastAPI and Pydantic.
- 3+ years of experience with Azure or GCP.
- 3+ years of experience developing microservices.
- Strong proficiency in database design and implementation.
- Strong proficiency in containerization technologies (e.g., Docker).
- Solid understanding of logging, monitoring, and CI/CD through GitHub Actions.
- Experience with healthcare industry standards and regulations (HIPAA, SOC 2, HITRUST) is highly desired.
- Experience with healthcare data standards like HL7 FHIR and EHR integration (e.g., Epic) is highly desired.
- Experience with LLMs is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain cloud infrastructure.
- Build scalable APIs and microservices.
- Implement CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions.
- Develop security and compliance procedures.
- Monitor and optimize backend system performance.
- Maintain thorough technical documentation.
