Requirements

- Proven track record in leading teams of experienced engineers.
- Experience owning outcomes for large-scale or multi-team projects.
- Expertise in architecting scalable, reliable, clean, and maintainable web services.
- Strong mentorship experience, including formal and informal support of other engineers.
- Broad fullstack development experience with modern languages and frameworks.
- Ability to influence across the organization and foster cross-functional collaboration.
- Demonstrated ability to navigate competing priorities and drive work forward in a remote, fast-moving environment.
- Strong communication skills and high degree of ownership.
Responsibilities
- Build next-generation workflow tools and AI-driven features for renewable energy project development.
- Collaborate with renewable energy experts, investors, and developers to define and implement product solutions.
- Transform complex workflows into intuitive, user-friendly experiences.
- Lead large-scale or multi-team engineering projects from conception to delivery.
- Architect, build, and maintain scalable, reliable, and clean web services.
- Mentor and support engineers through code reviews, process improvement, and knowledge sharing.
