Requirements
- 8+ years of hands-on experience designing, implementing, and optimizing supply chain systems.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
- Strong knowledge of ERP systems, preferably SAP, in global enterprise environments.
- Hands-on experience with SAP S/4HANA and configuring solutions based on business requirements.
- Proven experience implementing and integrating supply chain technologies such as ERP, MRP, WMS, and TMS systems.
- Strong understanding of materials management, logistics operations, inventory management, procurement processes, and finance principles.
- Experience leading IT-focused projects within supply chain organizations.
- Ability to translate complex business requirements into practical technical solutions.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work effectively in ambiguous, rapidly changing environments and collaborate with global teams.
Responsibilities
- Design and implement supply chain system solutions across ERP, MRP, WMS, TMS, and data visualization platforms.
- Lead end-to-end systems implementation projects from requirements gathering and design through testing and deployment.
- Manage internal and external development initiatives to deliver technology solutions aligned with business objectives.
- Serve as the bridge between supply chain teams and technical stakeholders to translate operational challenges into system designs.
- Create detailed business requirements documents and technical specifications for development teams.
- Architect and support data exchange integrations, including API and EDI connections.
- Collaborate with manufacturing, logistics, inventory, procurement, finance, and technology teams to improve processes.
- Identify opportunities for process optimization, automation, and improved data visibility.
