Requirements
- Strong portfolio showcasing AI-generated images and films.
- Expertise in AI image and video generation tools and advanced prompt engineering.
- Excellent understanding of composition, lighting, colour, visual storytelling, and art direction.
- Ability to refine AI-generated content through post-production to achieve realistic, polished results.
- Proficiency in Adobe After Effects, Photoshop, Nuke, or equivalent compositing and editing software.
- Experience in compositing, VFX, or advanced video editing workflows.
- Strong understanding of colour grading, finishing, and visual polish.
- Hands-on experience with leading generative AI platforms and advanced prompting techniques.
- 2+ years of professional experience.
- At least one published AI film or campaign created for a brand.
Responsibilities
- Conceptualize and create AI-generated visual content across both images and videos.
- Develop compelling visual narratives for digital and multi-platform campaigns.
- Transform raw AI outputs into production-ready assets through compositing, editing, and creative refinement.
- Create realistic AI characters, environments, and product visuals with consistent quality.
- Collaborate with creative teams across multiple projects and campaigns.
- Stay up to date with emerging AI tools, workflows, and visual storytelling trends.
- Ensure all deliverables meet high creative and technical standards.
