Requirements
- BSc degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, or similar
- Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in data engineering and platform architecture
- Demonstrated success in leading and developing engineering teams
- Strong hands-on expertise with ClickHouse (or similar tools)
- Proficiency with Apache Airflow
- Proficiency with SQL and Python
- Knowledge of modern ETL/ELT practices
- Solid understanding of cloud-based data platforms and engineering best practices
- Strong communication, stakeholder management, and organizational leadership skills
Responsibilities
- Define and lead the data engineering strategy, roadmap, and architecture
- Build, manage, and develop a high-performing data engineering team
- Oversee the design and operation of scalable data pipelines and platform services
- Ensure high standards in data reliability, observability, governance, and performance
- Partner with engineering, analytics, and business teams to deliver trusted data capabilities
